He joined Bushmans Kloof in 2021 after travelling the world and experiencing different cultures, cuisines, and - most importantly - wine. Together with his dedicated team, he looks forward to creating incredible moments and memories that will last a lifetime.

With 22 years of experience in the hospitality industry both locally and abroad, Jackie joined Bushmans Kloof in 2021. She has a true love for nature and believes there is no better place in the world to rejuvenate the body, mind, and soul than the magical Cederberg Mountains. She strives for perfection every day, creating a home-away-from-home experience for every guest.

Sikelela Mambalu

People & Culture Manager

In 2007, Sikelela joined The Red Carnation Hotel Collection at Bushmans Kloof. The following year, she moved to The Twelve Apostles Hotel and Spa, where she worked in the People and Culture team. Through diverse roles in hospitality HR, she gained valuable expertise in both human resources and hotel operations. In 2019, she returned to Bushmans Kloof as the People and Culture Manager. Sikelela feels fortunate to work with such a wonderful group, proudly embodying the Red Carnation spirit.

Lizwe Ntlangwim

Food & Beverage Operations Manager

Lizwe joined the Bushmans Kloof family in May 2023 and quickly fell in love with both the place and its people. The unique culture of the business is not only inspiring but truly contagious, and he is proud to be part of such a passionate and dedicated team. Since then, he has experienced significant professional and personal growth. Lizwe is grateful for the journey so far and excited to see what the future holds.

Zenobia van Dyk

Head Field Guide

Zenobia started her journey at Bushmans Kloof in 2007. Fascinated by the natural world, she loves sharing Mother Nature’s secrets with others. Together with her knowledgeable team, she looks forward to interpreting the mystery and magic of Bushmans Kloof for all guests.

Oliver Coetzee

Executive Chef

Oliver began his journey to become a chef in Germany, before completing his chef training at the prestigious Silwood School of Cookery in Cape Town. In addition to South Africa, he has worked in Italy, on superyachts along the Mediterranean. Oliver joined the Red Carnation family at Xigera Safari Lodge as Executive Sous Chef in 2020 and became Executive Chef at Bushmans Kloof in 2023.

Londi Ndzima

Rock Art Curator

In 2005, Londi began his career with The Red Carnation Hotel Collection as a Tour Guide, working closely with Professor John Parkington to develop his knowledge and passion for the history of rock art. Driven by this passion, he earned a formal qualification as a Field Guide in 2010. After rejoining the group in 2014, he was promoted to Rock Art Curator. Londi is always excited by the opportunity to share the rich history of rock art with guests.
