Can my children come along with me?
To preserve the peaceful atmosphere of The Spa, no children under the age of 12 are allowed into The Spa.
Is there a dress code?

Are there medical conditions that I need to inform the therapist of?
On arrival you will be asked to fill in a guest questionnaire. Please ensure you inform your therapist if you suffer conditions such as high/low blood pressure, diabetes and heart disease, as some treatments may not be suitable for you. Your therapist needs to know as much about you in order to give you the best treatment possible.
I’m pregnant. Can I still visit The Spa?
Yes! In fact, The Spa is the perfect place to relax, rejuvenate and focus on your own wellbeing. However, it is vital that you inform your therapist that you are pregnant, as there are a handful of treatments that we do not recommend at certain times of pregnancy. If you are feeling uncomfortable at any time during your visit, please ask a member of staff for assistance.
What if I have questions about a treatment?
We encourage you to ask any questions, and voice any concerns you may have, to your therapist. Let them know if you are feeling uncomfortable for any reason – for example, massage pressure that is too hard – and they will gladly resolve the issue.
Do I need to take off my clothes during a Spa treatment?
Although some treatments are best performed with minimal clothing, every action is taken to ensure discretion during your treatment. Our experienced therapists use professional draping techniques to ensure your privacy at all times. Bathing suits are required when using the steam room facilities.
When is massage not advisable?
Massage is not recommended if your medical condition may worsen due to the treatment, or the condition is contagious. If you are unsure about your condition, please contact us and we will either recommend specific treatments or refer you to a general practitioner.
Does waxing hurt?
Many people are surprised to find that waxing does not hurt as much as they expect. The sensation tends to be more painful in sensitive areas, but each person reacts differently. Your therapist will do their utmost to ensure the experience is as efficient and painless as possible.
Who can help me decide which treatments will best suit my needs?
Contact the spa directly and the therapist or spa manager will be happy to discuss your individual needs and wellness goals, and recommend the best treatments for you.
What if I am menstruating?
This will not affect you enjoying the majority our wellness treatments, although for your comfort and peace of mind we advise that you inform your therapist. We do not recommend waxing or hydrotherapy treatments during menstruation.
