To make those dreams come true, our dedicated wedding co-ordinator and expert hospitality team at the lodge will guide you through every detail of planning and arranging your special day.

What's included:

  • Your choice of wedding location, either at the lodge or out in the reserve (weather permitting)
  • Bouquet of indigenous African flowers and/or floral buttonholes
  • Wedding cake for up to six people, created by our talented pastry chef
  • Romantic rose petal turndown, with a bottle of South African sparkling wine
  • A set each of couple’s bath sheets with embroidered initials, our wedding gift to you
  • A local minister or religious officer to arrange required marriage documents (wedding couple to liaise directly)

Elevate your package

  • The initial interview with the minister/marriage officer, their accommodation, and all legal arrangements and certificate of marriage
  • The services of a professional photographer (three hours) to capture your wedding day. Includes 240-300 edited images. Should more than 10 guests attend the wedding a longer shoot time, at additional cost, will be required
  • Hair- and make-up artist to style the couple on the day of the wedding (trial-day not included)

Should the couple originate from countries aligned with The Hague Convention (and not part of the British Commonwealth) they may require an ‘Apostille’ stamped marriage certificate. This will require additional services from the minister and documentation, resulting in an additional charge of approximately R2000.

This Memorable Moments offer is valid from 9 January - 20 December 2024 and quoted in South African Rand (ZAR). It is available mid-week only (Monday to Thursday) and blackout dates apply.

This offer is subject to change without prior notice, inclusive of 15% VAT and excludes accommodation.

All guests attending the wedding would need to be accommodated at the lodge. Should the number of guests attending your wedding exceed 18 people, this offer will no longer be applicable. Please contact us directly for larger group rates.
